Their service is great! We got this rare type downdraft stovetop from Whirlpool. When they delivered, they told us they can’t install it even we paid for the installation. Today is the day before thanksgiving, I thought we would use our half broken stove and have this new one sits in the middle of our living room through the holiday. I contacted LeKITCHEN but wasn’t expecting much, since we didn’t buy the stovetop from them. Robert showed sympathy on our situation. So he talked to his guys, and they showed up at 5pm and installed our stovetop. It’s not the common type that they usually deal with. But they figured out and get the work done nicely. They also went to Home Depot to get new hose for us as the old one isn’t long enough. I couldn’t thank them more for helping us out.
